BuyTheLook is free for you to use. We earn a commission when you buy something through a link on our site. You never pay more because of it.

The longer version

BuyTheLook shows you complete outfits and links you to the pieces on the retailer's or brand's own website. Some of those links are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission on that sale.

This commission is paid by the retailer, not by you. The price you pay is the retailer's normal price. Using our links never increases your cost, and choosing not to use them never changes what we show you.

How this affects our recommendations

Our styling recommendations are generated from your style profile: your measurements, your stated preferences, your budget and the occasion you told us about. Commission rates are not an input to that process.

We may not have a commercial relationship with every brand we show you, and we will still recommend a piece that fits you from a brand that pays us nothing.

Where you will see this

Any page, outfit, email or social post that contains affiliate links carries a clear disclosure at or near the point where the link appears. We do not rely on this page alone to inform you.

Your purchase is with the retailer

When you click through to buy, you leave BuyTheLook and the transaction is between you and that retailer. Pricing, availability, shipping, taxes, delivery and returns are governed entirely by the retailer's own terms. We do not process your payment and we do not handle returns.
